CEO
After successfully completing his degree in business administration, he joined an international logistics group, where he held several operational management positions in Germany and abroad.
Since 2011, Frank Henschel has worked exclusively in the industrial environment. He has become familiar with a broad spectrum of company forms and is therefore able to adapt to the specific requirements of both SMEs and corporations. Initially responsible for the plant SCM of a plastics processing automotive supplier, Frank Henschel was subsequently responsible for the production logistics of the e-vehicle production of a German OEM.
In recent years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of the metal-cutting industry by working in top management at an internationally active German manufacturer of transmission components. Particularly noteworthy is his leading role, as Managing Director of the entire group of companies, in the successful restructuring and transformation of the entire company in the course of structural mobility change and global supply chain problems.
Frank Henschel is characterized by a hands-on mentality and the ambitious pursuit of new challenges and their solutions. He has strong analytical skills and always keeps the defined target state in mind in all his decisions. From this holistic perspective, he is able to quickly derive department-related short-term measures, but also to develop holistic strategies in parallel and ensure that all areas of the company are aligned with them.

After graduating with a degree in production engineering, Sören Lämmer was able to apply his skills at a German OEM, initially as a lean production expert and later as a production engineer in the area of engine technology. He then took on a leading role as start-up manager and subsequently as production manager of a plant for engine components at a German OEM, from new construction to achieving full capacity utilization.
Before joining the H2 Group, Sören Lämmer successfully headed the Maintenance, Industrial Engineering and Lean Management departments as Manager Production Engineering at an international manufacturer of transmission components. As project manager for site development, he supported the project planning and implementation of a holistic corporate strategy as part of the company restructuring.
His commitment and pragmatic contribution reflect his striving for entrepreneurial success. The focus of his work is consistently on system development and process orientation, which applies to organizational, technical and qualitative problems. In conjunction with his cooperative and supportive management style, the development of employees and colleagues in particular is at the heart of a shared success. A methodical approach coupled with a wide range of practical experience in technical areas round off his portfolio. The focus is always on the specific problems and added value for the customer, with the situational combination of practice and theory being the decisive success factors.

H2 IMC was brought on board by GESCO SE as interim management in a difficult corporate situation.
The economic impact of the crisis in the construction industry led to a significant slump in sales within a very short period of time. After a short time, a clear concept for the holistic restoration of the company’s economic situation was developed. This was then implemented with great commitment and determination together with the company’s managers, resulting in significant successes within a short space of time. It is important for both sides that the handover of the company at the end of the project is prepared very professionally so that the successes achieved are firmly anchored.
Project goals: Increase sales and margins through a clear customer strategy and sustainable cost reductions, reduction of inventories in the finished parts and raw materials warehouse, introduction of an ERP system, optimization and standardization of the entire value chain including procurement and planning processes, development of executives and management
